I created this job aid to help organizational designers and managers select the optimal tools for learning. The focus here is informal learning, hence the tools deal with creating and sharing ideas, connecting people with one another, collaborating, supporting communities, capturing knowledge from the bottom up, reducing time-to-performance and self-service learning. Web 2.0 technology is great for this.
