3/9/02007 Jay: I am wrestling with the best ways to use this wiki. It was once the resource site for the Unworkshops. Then it became the Internet Commons, where all my IP would be available. That didn't really get to the concept of collaboration so this became the Uncommunity. It may go back to being the Internet Time Wiki.   I plan to host multidisciplinary conversations in the Fishbowl. No reason for trainers to talk to trainers. Business managers will join the dialogue here.   As for Resources, I may well go back to my original concept when the web was new: I create resources I want to use; then share them with others

Among the things I hope to accomplish here are:

• hosting conversations between business managers and learning professionals
• sharing ideas that address the current imbalance between formal and informal learning
• making my thoughts transparent so I can readily engage in conversation beyond the basics
• showing off my writing, photos, concepts, and thought experiments
• recommend and showcase approaches and solutions I belive will make a difference
• offering a 24/7 salon where people can ask questions and share experiences
• convince people to pay Jay to speak, advise, and travel the world on their dime
• experimenting with new approaches to collaboration and learning
